About our client:
Our client is looking for 2 full time Case Managers - 1 x Stream 4 & 1 x Stream 2/3 consultants for their Rosebud/Hastings site. The company is a well established organisation providing training and support to jobseekers with various personal barriers to gaining employment. You will join an energetic, talented team members that get a real buzz out of helping people develop skills and achieve their end goal of gaining further skills and ultimately sustainable employment.
Successful applicants will have:
- An insight and understanding into the significant barriers facing the long term unemployed
- Demonstrated case management experience in Employment Services
- Experience in marketing, sales, telemarketing, cold calling and delivering presentations
- A good understanding of local labour market issues
- A results and outcomes focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Recruitment, marketing, business development and sales experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.
The salary range is $42-50k based on experience + super + an attractive bonus structure.
