A rare opportunity has become available for a senior HR Manager to join an undisputed market leader and iconic consumer brand. This leading logistics and distribution company supplies to consumers in Australia and New Zealand. As the AGM you will report to the General Manager People and Corporate Services and the role will span two business entities of the company in Australia and New Zealand covering eight facilities.
You will manage People and Corporate Services on a national basis. You must build a strong foundation of HR processes, polices and procedures that are effective and efficient. You will be accountable for providing the workforce the business needs to meet its objectives and you will deliver development processes that ensure continual people development and sustainability.
