Our client, based in Forrestfield - is urgently seeking the services of forklift drivers with gantry crane experience (must be ticketed) to join their team - the role itself is a combination of stores (warehousing similar processes), process line operations, forklift and yard duties - and each contractor is inducted and "buddied" up with another team member during the first week of employment. - Skills are usually then assessed over that period and then a decison is made as to which "service line" within the organisation the new starter will be placed - this is usually done by involving the new employee also by gaining feedback
